Kat Lewis, PhD is a scientist, mother, functional medicine provider, and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Having spent over 20 years working for life-science corporations doing research and building tools for other research scientist looking to cure and treat disease she is convinced the focus must be on education as disease prevention. Her mission is to educate the public on the importance of lifestyle habits to enable the body’s innate ability to heal and regenerate itself. Her interest lies in the intersection of the fields of neuroscience, the science of yoga, epi-genetics, energy medicine, and quantum physics. She is passionate about teaching others how to explore the far reaches of their own consciousness to rewire their brains and their bodies so that they can realize their full potential and enjoy an extraordinarily fulfilling and happy life. She counsels private clients, leads workshops and corporate lunch & learns teaching yoga/meditation and lecturing on a variety of mind-body health topics.
