Dr. Kat Lewis is a scientist, mother, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and yogi. Having spent over 20 years working for life-science corporations doing research and building tools for other research scientist looking to cure and treat disease she is convinced the focus must be on education as disease prevention. Her mission is to educate the public on the importance of lifestyle habits to enable the body’s innate ability to heal and regenerate itself. Dr. Kat Lewis counsels private clients, leads workshops and corporate lunch & learns teaching meditation and lecturing on a variety of topics including the neuroscience of mindfulness, adrenal fatigue, the gut brain connection, weight control, and how to maximize your health with food, mindfulness practices, and other lifestyle choices.
