How:

After completing your purchase you will receive a test collection kit from the lab (allow up to 7 days to receive this kit). You will receive an email from the Lab company within 24 hours of your purchase to register with them. This kit requires a finger prick for blood and a urine sample collection. You will collect the urine at home and bring that sample with you to the blood draw site. They will take your urine sample and draw your blood and will send both to the lab test site for you. Once we are notified that the sample has been tested we will meet to discuss the results and the plan of action to address the findings. Please allow up to 7-days to receive your test kit and another 14-21 days for the lab results.
